Overall Satisfaction with Litmus from Validity
We mainly use Litmus to validate changes to emails we send to our customers. Litmus addresses any and all business problems we have with emails sent to our customers. Our primary use case is to verify that our emails are compatible with all platforms and email clients our customers use.
Pros
- Provides Mac and PC.
- Compact views via mobile devices.
- Ability to view results within one screen with quick scrolling.
- Able to set up an email address that sends our emails directly to Litmus.
Cons
- An easier way to copy a formatted email and have tests performed without having to add XML.
- Saved an entire week testing emails. With Litmus it only takes 1 to 2 days top!

Haven't tried anything but Litmus. I haven't needed any other product.
