Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

LogicMonitor is used to monitor internal infrastructure and the critical infrastructure of our customers to enhance the support we can offer.
  • Quick to set up in the beginning and very quick to set up new collectors to monitor new environments
  • Creating dashboards is simple; widgets are useful.
  • Keeping a consistent UI through each of the modules.
  • We can react quickly to unexpected incidents.
  • We can offer proactive support to prevent outages.
Support from LogicMonitor has always been very good, from account support through to technical support.
We monitor on-prem, public cloud across different customers, mainly in the UK.
Deployment of LogicMonitor collectors is easy and adding monitored nodes is also quick and easy--often one of the most time-consuming parts of monitoring in my previous experience.
The cloud SAAS is great for setting up quickly, particularly useful if you need to start collecting data quickly to assist investigations in an active problem.
