Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
We are using LogicMonitor to keep an eye out for our network infrastructure as well as critical servers
- Dashboards
- Alerting
- The graphing of almost every statistic imaginable
- Would be nice to have customizable maps
- Alert filtering could be better
- Increased efficiency
- Lowered the amount of time required for troubleshooting
- SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (npm)
I prefer the dashboards that LogicMonitor provides to the SolarWinds interface which seems a bit dated.
We are monitoring about 100 network devices and servers combined, all on-prem.
LogicMonitor deployment is fairly easy and straightforward. There is a bit of a learning curve getting everything dialed in just right but overall it is easier to use than SolarWinds.
We retired our older solarwinds installation for logicmonitor
