Our IT department uses LogicMonitor to monitor all our infrastructure across the whole organization.

LogicMonitor has increased the visibility into our IT infrastructure (we like the granularity it provides) and reduced our MTTR. The escalation chains feature is a great idea.
LogicMonitor is fantastic! Implementation and maintenance are almost nonexistent because the majority of it is automated!
LogicMonitor is as easy to implement as Nagios, but it is easier to use.
