LogicMonitor is a SaaS based tool and if I talk about SaaS products only then there are very few market players in this area. LogicMonitor is best out of all the other tools in terms of monitoring capability, inclusive of all infra into one single monitoring solution, Out Of Box features such as Parameter Thresholds, Dashboards, Reports, etc.
We have On-Prem, Cloud both and hence our environment is hybrid kind of model. There are approximately 11K network devices in one of the account and in other we have a mix match of network and servers both. There are couple of databases instances as well.
LogicMonitor is deployed in multi geos as well (remote collectors) and monitoring multi-geos location devices.
Although LogicMonitor is providing most of the things out of the box especially Alerting Parameters, however there are couple of areas which needs to be improved such as Reporting Limitation, Dashboard building etc. But if I compare it with other tools then LogicMonitor is much ahead since it has new age technologies monitoring capabilities such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Synthetic Monitoring, etc.
LogicMonitor has created more dependency on itself due to its amazing features and hence it's true that we have positioned LogicMonitor to replace many other tools in following areas -

1. Server Monitoring
2. Network Monitoring
3. Database Monitoring
4. Website Monitoring
5. Synthetic Monitoring
6. Cloud Services Monitoring
7. Out of the box integrations etc.

Due to out of the box alerts and parameters it has helped us to reduce mean time to resolve as well.

LogicMonitor is well suited if someone is looking for one complete solution for all types of infrastructure such as Networks, Servers (Windows, Linux), Storage, VMWare, Logs, Website and Cloud Services Monitoring.
It also provide out of the box integration with Service Now and hence this makes ticketing easy. Dashboard and Reports are also wonderful.
