Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
we use it to monitor our corp IT network as well as our venue technology stack. In our venues, it is important to be able to see problems as soon as they arise and this tool allows us to act quickly in conjunction with our other IT Ops tools to remediate the problem.

LM is much easier then other tools ive worked with. The time it takes to get it up and running and providing value is quite short compared to many tools ive used.
yes it has reduced our mean time to resolution because we actually know what is failing instead of blindly going to to see why a service isnt working
