Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

LogMeIn is used as a gateway to enable many of our users to work from home during bad weather or other events that would keep them from the office. We also use the software for managing some remote infrastructure

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Intuitive
  • Quick deployment

Cons

  • Cost transparency year over year
  • Remote access screen share during times of issue
  • Improved time to resolution for assisting remote employees
The actions you take on the site make sense and are not convoluted.
I have never experienced an outage that affected or impacted our work direct. Our business does not have a requirement of employees to use every day however.
LogMeIn felt more mature and better suited for what we needed to accomplish. These other products had subscription models that didn’t work well for our needs and merely ‘got the job done’
LogMeIn works well for those looking for a remote management/access solution that is easy to manage and control access.
