Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

With LogMeIn, we are able to control all pf our computers from a central location and are able to quickly remote into computers at any of our multiple sites nationwide, from local Point-Of-Sale machines to assisting corporate officers while traveling.
  • Easy remote application.
  • Remote power on in certain scenarios.
  • Provides access for additional users to selected machines.
  • The Mac software crashes constantly.
  • Sometimes it does not seem to fully log out, and might leave the keyboard locked for a while.
  • The price is getting increased, sometimes drastically.
  • We're able to gain access without needing the on-site employee to assist.
  • LogMeIn replaced a more expensive product.
LogMeIn sed to be more stable. The latest versions seem to have more issues, and it can be really hard, if an install fails, to get a good install.
We have not had a time when it was not available.
GoToMyPC is more expensive then LogMeIn, and seems to have some more lag.
Being a Mac user, and the main person needing to remote in, it has become annoying how often LogMeIn crashes and sends crash reports.
