Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
We have 75 remote servers that we manage with LogMeIn Central. Very reliable, allows multiple engineers to work on different servers simultaneously. With the recent addition of file transfer, it's everything we need for managed services.
- Large numbers of remote endpoints
- Multiple users work independently
- Includes remote access and file transfer
- Not sure—file transfer was the only feature we asked for.
- Saves us a lot of driving to customer sites.
- Allows us to quickly address problems when needed.
- Allows technicians to work from home or anywhere.
