Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
We use LogMeIn at our company on every computer that we own. It is especially helpful when trying to help users that work from home and also radiologists that work in remote offices. I have used LogMeIn in several different capacities over the years. I think it's easy to use and always seems to work. It is also very easy to install when I need to have remote users do it themselves. I have been very happy with this software, it works well and is fairly priced.
- ROI is great, as it saves our company from having to physically send people to help resolve IT issues.
- I like that it shows when Windows updates or anti-virus software may not be up-to-date or installed.
I think the software works great, is easy to use and very easy to install. It's great for any IT person that needs to help their remote employees.
I can't ever remember a time when I haven't been able to use the software.
Although I like TeamViewer as well, it is a pain in the backside to install. LogMeIn has them beat hands down when it comes to ease of installation.
LogMeIn works well, especially when you are trying to help a user that is not in your local office.
