Overall Satisfaction with Central
We use LogMeIn Central for consultants and users outside our domain to be able to access a virtual machine on the domain. Some users use it for WorkFromHome, while others use it for support purposes. We don't want personal computers on our domain or any computer/device that isn't on our domain that we can manage to log into our network via VPN. This was an issue with some of our contracts as organizations utilizing our services wanted to be sure that our network was secure. LogMeIn Central provides that work-around we need to keep our network secure while still being able to continue business as usual.
- Access to Virtual Machines inside network
- Ability to turn the PC back on
- Black out screen on PC you're remoting into for privacy
- Gives me, as the admin, the ability to see who is logged in and I am able to remotely connect to machines as needed for support
- Audio issues for remote pc to your pc on central (works on pro)
- I've had some issues with remoting from PC to Mac in the past
- Would like to see an invisible connection to a PC within LMI as an admin to monitor outside contractors usage.
- Allows us to not have to add consultants to our domain and give them O365 licenses by giving them one of our machines. They can use their own securely.
- Saves us time by not needing to add external consultants to Active Directory and set up full accounts.
- Allows us to keep our network secure and keep unmanaged computers/devices off our network.
