Overall Satisfaction with Looker
We collect a lot of data within the company, but that data used to be spread out among multiple divisions and multiple (not interoperable ) systems within our organization, making it almost impossible to operate organization-wide data analysis.
Besides, most legacy systems within our organization required the users to have SQL hands on experience, which limited the number of people who could actually access and use the data.

- The response speed of the dashboards
- Seamless integration with Slack/Salesforce/Github etc.
- Visualizing the KPI metrics of multiple divisions in a unified dashboard
- Still room for improvement in terms of user interface
- Not so much room the customization
- Lack of documentation of some system errors
- Reduction of the overall cost for data visualization/analysis
- Improvement of the impact of CRM campaigns
- On the negative side, user training took more time than expected
In terms of user interface and freedom of customization, Tableau is probably still better than Looker.
However, Looker is very good in scenarios where multiple data sources and dashboards already exist within the organization and need to be integrated/unified in one place. That was the case for us, so we decided to use Looker.
