We use Looker as our visualization tool where we are able to complete thorough account analysists and make decisions accordingly. We use quite a few different looks depending on what we're looking for. We use wallet history to detect any strange gaming patterns, we use transaction history to detect any strange purchasing patterns. We're able to check for any duplicated accounts to know what accounts needs to be closed.
