Overall Satisfaction with LumApps
As part of our move to Google Workspace, LumApps was chosen as the product to build our Intranet on. This allowed us to create a truly unified Intranet portal that is tightly integrated into the productivity tools we use on a daily basis. Prior to the move to Google Workspace and LumApps, it was difficult to locate information.
- Organization and presentation of information
- Integration with Google Workspace
- Ease of adding and updating content
- There is still some room for improvement with navigation, but that might be more about how our sites and pages were developed.
- For onboarding, it has made things much easier for a new hire to find the information they need, and now it's consistent across the company, rather than having separate content for different locations.
Because we're on Google Workspace, it just made sense to use LumApps. We also use AODocs, and they all work together very well.
