Overall Satisfaction with LumApps

We needed a new intranet with more features to enable informed and engaged associates. Prior to using LumApps, our main communication channel with our teams was email. LumApps has given us a simple way to host content online and share news and information, while also allowing associates to interact and have more 2-way dialogue through comments, likes, and sharing. We're in the early stages of our implementation but have already gotten feedback that the platform is allowing us to achieve our goals. Looking forward to continued growth and development with this product.

I've used numerous intranet platforms, and LumApps is very simple to use and learn.
The integration with Google suite is wonderful, but not quite as simple to integrate with MS O365. They could improve that integration, especially considering many enterprise-level organizations don't use Google.
LumApps works with SharePoint and provides a much easier and more intuitive user interface. It is fairly simple to learn the basics, although plan to spend more time to really dive into all that it can offer and become an expert in the product. They seem very entuned to the needs of internal communications professionals. For the price and features, this product was better than others we viewed.

LumApps is an easy-to-use intranet platform with relatively simple implementation. It would be especially useful in a company where associates bring their own devices, as the mobile app is very useful. Reaching associates who do not work in front of a computer continues to be a challenge. This product would also be excellent for an organization using the Google suite (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.).

Using LumApps

5000 - Most of our associates in corporate function roles use this tool. Usage is more sparse with our non-desk associates but they do still log on. Allowing access via mobile devices may remedy this in part. Our company does not allow usage of personal mobile devices; if we did, likely most all associates would access the platform at least occasionally.
2 - We have two communications people who support content on our intranet full time. Ideally, you should have someone in a more technical, product or channel owner role to become a true SME on LumApps. There are many features we likely don't take advantage of well because we are busy keeping up with content and training and don't have someone dedicated to owning the product.
