Overall Satisfaction with Lusha
We Lusha to do prospecting activity and to get to the POC's of the prospects with whom we want to start the discussion with regards to the sales of my products and services . Lusha helps me in organizing the stages with respect to the prospect and also it updates the email id and phone number of the same automatically and saves them in my CRM. It addresses the problems of lead generation and for my organization the use it done by the sales team
Pros
- Prospect Names and email addresses are easily found in Lusha
- Saving same to CRM
- Auto upgrading the names and email addresses and phone numbers
- Giving me all employees list
Cons
- A few influencer based junior employees details are sometimes not available with Lusha
- Free Plan should have more credits
- There should not be a limit to use credits for a particular month
- Lusha Dashboard to be API linked to CRM
- It has saved time for us in getting a prospect information
- We have got more meetings
- We have connected to senior folks in industry
- We have been able to do marketing-based campaigns on the data we get
- Apollo.io and SignalHire
I have a ist usage habbit of using Lusha but I also use other tools since if Lusha misses then I am good to have a way to get to my target prospect via other tools . I am very happy with Lusha's performance and would recommend this tool to all.
