Overall Satisfaction with Lusha Extension

I had nothing to do with the implementation. Lusha was implemented before I started working here.
We use Lusha to help find prospect contact information and to import it into our existing Salesforce instance.
  • Adding users into Salesforce
  • The data they find is almost always inaccurate in my opinion.
  • I wish they could ignore middle initials when people put them into LinkedIn.
  • It's definitely saved time in the sense of getting proper contact information.
  • Hard to say it's directly attributed to more closed meetings when many of the phone numbers are invalid so a lot of time ends up being wasted.
Helped with getting prospect information to allow us cold callers/salespeople to be able to reach prospective clients.
In my opinion, it's probably the least effective out of all the tools we've surveyed since I've been working here.

It's a great tool if you have nothing at all and need SOMETHING to get contact information. I do really like the import function/their API when it comes to Salesforce.
