Overall Satisfaction with Lusha Extension
The challenge is connecting with the right prospects who don't always post email. Additionally, the ability to email or call personal contacts results in a higher connection rate. Lusha opens up options when prospecting on a multi-channel campaign, unlike any other tool. LinkedIn is the main place we search for contacts and the plugin is simple to use, unlocking contact info.
- Well integrated browser (Chrome) plugin.
- Organized and detailed information.
- Excellent dashboard for overview of data
- More complete contact information.
- Built in campaigns to leverage these data points.
- Lusha works great within LinkedIn but could use improvement in other tools like Zoominfo, which has good info but combined, would be excellent.

The free contacts allowed alone have had a huge impact on key accounts we might otherwise not have cracked open. With a paid set of contacts, our team is able to build longer-term relationships with a larger amount of prospects. Our overall costs are lower because of the time saved in trying to connect with people in decision-making roles.
- ZoomInfo SalesOS and Hunter
Zoominfo is on par with Lusha in terms of quality of contacts but is far more expensive. Hunter.io is fine if you only need business contacts but fails in comparison with Lusha's broader options. I have used other solutions but they did not come close to working and I don't even remember what they were.
