Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

Our company uses a marketer - for newsletters, special offers, as well as for sending a series of letters [to acquaint] new customers with the company. Cool - the integration with all CRM systems and Wordpress site. Set up once and everything works automatically - it is very convenient. Very happy with email delivery.

Pros

  • Convenient and simple interface.
  • A lot of direct integration with all services - everything works out of the box.

Cons

  • Cost - there are many similar services cheaper.
  • Landing Pages - that's cool.
  • Built in re-targeting ads - Google, Facebook, Instagram.
Mailchimp has much more integration and is easier to configure - exactly what you need for a quick start.
Great for launching a new project where a quick start is important, many direct integrations allow you to configure everything in 10 minutes. When the subscriber base grows, you should think about the cost, there are other services cheaper.
