Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is primarily used in the Marketing department to send newsletters, product updates to our prospects and existing users. It mainly helps us keep in touch with our prospects and customers. This is also helpful for our customers to stay in touch with us as well as keep updated about the product.

- List management is easy
- Pricing can be a little cheaper.
- Phone support could have been provided.
- Mailchimp is really easy to use and can save a lot of time.
- However, to justify the pricing, it would be better if the teams had more numbers of emails to send.
Mailchimp is primarily used only for communication by the marketing department in our organization. We did not integrate Mailchimp with a lot of other systems though it has the capability. We did not do it because the other teams use many different platforms, and they do not look into the communication.
One of the critical things we learned through Mailchimp is to keep in touch with customers or prospects. If you do not stay in touch with them, they tend to unsubscribe to the communication, which might affect the deliverability. It is always important to recycle and keep the lists healthy so that they don't have a lot of bounce rate.
