Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We used Mailchimp across the whole company to send out newsletters and stay in touch with customers during the busy seasons (tax season, etc.). It was effective for keeping running mail lists for prospective and current clients. However, I do wish it would’ve been more customizable from a design standpoint. Templates are nice but it needs some customization.

We only utilized Mailchimp's email feature. We created different mailing lists to connect with various customers at different times of the year when we believed we would get the highest ROI. However, it is a great feature that you are able to fully integrate. In a larger business with a large marketing division, being able to be vertically integrated is crucial to efficiency and success.
We have had success with email blasts, especially to prospective customers. Prospective customers have had a higher open rate than current customers. We have learned to utilize different mailing groups to ensure our message is defined for that specific audience. Targeting is key to ROI.
