The import wizard is great functionality but as we now have so many more contacts in our audience, it's become completely unusable. I wish the easy to use features were scaled to work for companies that have grown like we have.

I feel MailChimp is best for smaller to mid-sized companies. As we have scaled up, it's been difficult to use. It freezes when adding a lot of contacts or filtering contacts for a campaign. This has become very cumbersome and we think we might have outgrown MailChimp's capacity to be a solution.
