Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use this platform for all email marketing communications to customers and consumers. We benefit from the automated email features and signup forms especially. The integration between our e-commerce platform helps us to recover lost revenue with minimal technical knowledge required.

We have integrated mailchimp with multiple Woocommerce and Wordpress platforms. Creating this integration allows us to seamlessly transfer audience subscriber data into Mailchimp so that there is never any need for generating exports and uploading the lists. This is massively important to us in order to meet our data protection responsibilities, yet it also allows us to automate a number of emails to customers that have purchased our products via the websites.
Keeping an organised setup is important but a key factor is ensuring there is good quality content ready to go to be plugged into Mailchimp to really get this most out of this platform. Work with a designer to create multiple templates will help save lots of time in the long run and ensures that the look and feel of the emails remains fresh and engaging for the recipients.
