Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We use it for marketing newsletters to our customers and featureupdates for our e-commerce platform.

Pros

  • Very useful template editor
  • Very good interface options particually into marketing autmization tools

Cons

  • Support is only reachable is you are on premium plan
  • affiliate marketing is not possible
  • the navigation could be clearer, as certain tools are slightly hidden.
  • deliverability is acceptable and therefore we reached a good ROI
  • It helped to automate many of our email campaigns so it is efficient
Way better analyst and reports available and in general a better connectivy by interfaced to many other marketing automation tools
Overall satisifed with this tool as it provided us with a good tool and a very good handling for bounce management and blocklist
We reduced the number of marketing tools as we were looking for a platform which can cover all required features e. g. Landing Page Builder, Own Domain, Authentication, Blocklist, Bounce Management
Tracking links in your emails will use the domain “list-manage.com This might be useful to know. We were able to reduce the bounce rates with Mailchimp so we are in general very happy with the tool

If you want to run opt-in based lead capture campaigns. It makes it easy to do so with features such as forms, landing pages and automated drip campaigns.The in-built CRM, it is now possible to set up customer profiles and assign customers a lifetime value . It offers online or in-person services. The new appointment booking feature is very useful so that you can add a service listing page with your availability to your website.
