Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to add and manage our contacts and to send formatted newsletters for our customers to stay up to date on the new features that have been released. We also use it to send out campaigns.

Pros

  • Manage contacts
  • Quickly upload new contacts
  • Has lots of templates that can be used

Cons

  • Nothing to dislike at this time
  • Helps to keep our customers informed of new features
  • We are able to see if our emails are being opend!
  • Easy to use and saves a ton of time
This is the only platform we use for reaching out to our customers and marketing to new ones
User friendly, easy to use and navigate. Makes organizing our customers and leads a breeze and is great to be able to see the open rate and clicks on emails sent.
Mailchimp saves us time and love the templates. Make is super easy to create emails, newsletters and campaigns.
Marketing automation is a life saver and the ability to use tags and adding audiences!

Mailchimp is extremely user friendly and is easy to learn and navigate. It is great for tracking and seeing the open rates of emails.
