Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
I use Mailchimp for e-newsletters to keep in touch with customers. Also used to promote upcoming events and special contests. Need to keep top of mind and share info about new things with our list of past customers and those that just signed up for more details. Also reminders that an event is coming up soon.
- Templates make it easy to copy last email campaign and edit
- Helpful to be able to resend last campaign to people that signed up after that
- Editing the templates is easy to do
- Sometime the photos don't show up correctly
- Some metrics that would be helpful are in higher paid tiers, irritating to see suggestions then they don't show until you pay more (title suggestions)
- I think that the newsletters give a good, professional look to the marketing
I only used Mailchimp for email marketing. I used another service for text marketing.
My mail list has grown a lot over the last several years.
