Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
ManageEngine Endpoint Central is a great tool for managing your endpoints whether you're a small business or a large enterprise. At the Guthrie Clinic we manage 12,000+ endpoints and 4000+ mobile devices via Endpoint Central. We also have a remote ICU Nurse location that uses the Remote Control feature to connect to a PC and perform the 2nd person sign off on certain events such as hanging a new IV Medication or blood.

Cons
- Would like to see "approved" USB accesses be immediately reported to the server as can be the case with denials.
- Improve efficiency of applying an updated policy via cfgupdate. Sometimes it takes an hour for more for the update to take effect.
- I really don't have a third example.
- Using the RemoteControl feature has had a great impact on direct patient care.
- Our HelpDesk agents are able to provide a higher level of front-line support to our users when they're having issues
- It is a great tool for all facets of IT Infrastructure Support
Both are good in their own right, but I view Endpoint Central as MS SCCM on steroids :)
