Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

Microsoft 365 [(formerly Office 365)] is being used across our whole organization in every department. It is a cost effective way for everyone to be on the same platform. It has everything we need, email, calendar, and reminders.

Pros

  • The email setup is great. Easy to customize.
  • Calendar is great for setting future reminders.
  • Product is universal across every industry.

Cons

  • Our previous email setup would flash a message across the screen that an email came in. It might have this feature but I have not found it yet.
  • Ease of email use. Our employees are at varying degrees of computer usage.
  • Universal programs.
  • Cost effectiveness.
  • Microsoft 365 was a significant savings over our previous email program.
We have only used Microsoft Outlook before but Microsoft 365 offered more which is why we switched to Microsoft 365.

The One Drive storage is great bonus on top of everything that comes with Microsoft 365 [(formerly Office 365)]. As previously mentioned, the programs included are universal. Everyone uses Word and Excel so there aren't any issues with being able to open a file from a customer or a vendor. You can customize Outlook in so many ways to your exact specifications. I have not encountered any disadvantages.
