Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

We use Microsoft 365 across the entire organization. We use Outlook and most of the standard Office applications included in the suite, including Powerpoint, Excel, and Word. The hosted solution allows for us to seamlessly work across the world and stay connected without the concern of maintenance or hardware failures.
  • Allows for remote workers to stay connected
  • Easily able to work with mobile devices
  • Allows connectivity to office without being connected
  • Data retention
  • Calendars
  • Spam filters
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint
  • No Maintenance
  • Lowers infrastructure costs
  • Easily deployable
  • Remote connectivity is seamless
  • Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Because of the ability to connect applications, Microsoft 365 seems to be more robust on the communication platform. Google Workspace has a few other benefits of the automatic Google drive synchronization, but outside of that, Microsoft easily makes it easier to choose with its selection of applications for the everyday worker.

Do you think Microsoft 365 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft 365's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft 365 live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Microsoft 365 again?

Yes

Outside of Google's suite, there is no all-around platform that has the office suite of applications as well as being able to install and update without any significant time loss. Microsoft 365 does well in the office and home office environments but probably isn't practical in an environment where users have to go through security protocols just to read an email.
