Microsoft Office 365 (Cloud)

Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has been our default office application across the whole organization. We are implementing the whole enterprise suite, with all the integrated packages of OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and document processing apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) solved the problem of disintegrated systems and brought everything together within the Microsoft Office ecosystem.
  • Integrated all the useful apps in one place
  • Single sign-on for all Microsoft apps
  • Mobile availability across different operating systems
  • Add language translator into the suite
  • Inbuilt file compression to save space--this applies to videos and photos without losing the quality
  • I would love to see customizable themes for the outlook email box
  • Email service via Outlook
  • Teams as a communications and collaboration hub
  • SharePoint and OneDrive for file sharing and repository
  • Value for money working within the ecosystem
  • Low cost yet offering the best deal in utilities
  • Time saved in the learning curve considering the familiarity and one-stop support
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is diverse and a lot of people use it. The alternative is rather limited in terms of use cases and acceptability in the industry. You will be surprised to learn some users have never heard of Google Sheets for office document processing. Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) invested so much effort in making their product more acceptable and a go-to place for document processing and communications.

Do you think Microsoft 365 delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Microsoft 365's feature set?

Did Microsoft 365 live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 go as expected?

Would you buy Microsoft 365 again?

I would love to see it in every office computer interaction. It's just something you can't do without.
It may however be less appropriate for internet deficient locations. I understand we have the offline (installed) versions, but these have limitations when it comes to the communications strengths. I am obliged to imagine the 365 entails the complete office communications capability.
