Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

It is being used across the entire organization for word processing and spreadsheet needs.
  • Collaborate on documents with teammates
  • Track changes and revisions in documents
  • Track and project business expenses in excel.
  • Uses quite a bit of memory resources if left open.
  • Grammar and spell check to benefit from an upgrade.
  • Formatting can be difficult to figure out at times.
  • Integration with document management software.
  • Ability to do voice dictation inside of Word.
  • Ability to create macros in Excel.
  • Affordable software that increase efficiency.
  • Decent software eco-system.
  • Microsoft plays nice with most software providers, integration doesn't cause me huge headaches.
Microsoft has quite a bit more functionality versus Google Sheets. Plus there are times that I want to work locally and not be connected to the cloud. Microsoft 365 allows for that.

If you need/want a lot of features when you work with word processing software or an spreadsheet, Microsoft is great. If you don't need all the bells & whistles, you can probably save your money and go with something like Google that will just get you by.
