Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Our whole organization (less [than] one department with field employees) currently uses Microsoft 365 as our main way of communication through Outlook and Teams. We also utilize Calendar, Tasks, OneDrive, SharePoint, Yammer, and of course Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We especially love Teams because of the ease of use and the screen-sharing feature. We also love the OneDrive because it makes it easy to work from home or the office, and we can share folders/files and it allows real-time updates.
- Teams is so handy. We love the screen-share feature!
- I love the fact that we can use apps or the online version - it's so versatile.
- Being able to access all our files/folders remotely through OneDrive has been a life-saver.
- Using the online version of Calendar, I'm not able to update only certain individuals on an event. It would be nice to remove someone and only notify them, versus everyone getting a notification [as] the whole event changed.
- I don't love how the online version is slightly different in functionality than the app versions. It makes it a little more difficult to seamlessly move between both.
- Using the online version of Mail, some of the "Favorites" don't stay favorited. Also, I don't love that if you forward an email, it doesn't show up in your sent folder.
- Mail
- Calendar
- OneDrive
- Teams
- Microsoft 365 has really helped our organization collaborate easily and efficiently.
- It's nice to have everything all built-in together. For instance, we can share files easily between Mail, Teams, and OneDrive.
- I cannot think of any negative impacts.
