Microsoft Office 365 (Cloud)

Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

I use Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) for this current position and for all my past positions. It is a great resource with ample of tools, such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • I can find all my apps in one place, which is very effective and efficient
  • The apps are easy to use
  • Top support system when I need assistance with an app
  • Word
  • Teams
  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • CRM
  • I don't see any negative impact
  • I see that Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has positively shaped the project/communication structure in our business
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and Google Drive have a very similar structure. Both have apps that can provide the same performance. For example, Google Docs and Microsoft Word are alike. Likewise, Google Sheets and Excel, Google Meet and Teams, Google Slide and PowerPoint, and Gmail and Outlook perform almost the same and have the same functions. The one difference is that Google has a system to automatically save your work on each application. For most Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) products, you may have to manually save a project. Google also allows you to save certain documents into other forms. For example, Google Docs allows you to download a document as a PDF, Word Doc, etc. I really like that versatility.

Would you buy Microsoft 365 again?

Yes

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is suitable for a wide variety of companies. It suits those who work in the administrative, legal, business, and technology fields. There are some sources that may not foster creativity. If you are looking for a more creative outlet, I wouldn't really suggest Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), unless you are using PowerPoint, which still has very limited room for creativity. Otherwise, many small businesses or companies can use Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) on a daily basis for all types of projects
