A Beginner look at some points I would like to Exchange!!
Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange
Within my organization, we use the Microsoft Exchange Server Outlook Web Access. For the most part, I have not run into any business problems with the amount of usage I may experience. I use Microsoft Exchange for connecting with other clients through Gmail, Yahoo, and other accounts also use Outlook to set up meetings and update my status.
Pros
- Emails
- Calendar appointments
Cons
- Disable new Outlook for Windows
- Manage Recipients
- Mobile Access for shared content
- Having optimal security.
- Intelligent inbox features like able to move and sort custom emails.
- Being able to have more storage up to 1TB.
- Security is a positive
- Exchange brings simplicity
- Move to the cloud on your terms is a positive
- Mobility Issues
I myself am a front-end user of both products. I don't really see too much of a comparison between Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SharePoint. When using the Exchange platform it is more about calendar appointments and email communication. Using share Point I was able to locate the important documents and keep up with things that are trending in the company.
