Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Office 365 across our entire organization. Between Office, Skype for Business, Outlook, and now Teams, Office 365 provides us with a central location for a handful of much needed apps.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It's located in the cloud and accessible from any platform.
The mobile apps work well and integrate seamlessly with the desktop experience.
It's common across the marketplace, so it's easy to share things with other companies.

Cons

The management UI is a little bit confusing. If you're already familiar with managing users in a Microsoft platform, it's not so bad, but it's a bit difficult to navigate for new users.

Return on Investment

Office 365 is a great value, especially for non-profits.
The cloud aspect allows you to work on the go, greatly improving productivity.

Alternatives Considered

Google Drive and Google Apps

Office 365 is a more powerful platform. Google offers a cleaner UI, but Office allows you to get things done.

Other Software Used

Slack, Skype for Business

Likelihood to Recommend

Office 365 is ideal for pretty much any scenario. Having the option to scale the service as needed, as well as having the option to install apps locally makes it a very versatile application.
