Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

We utilize Office 365 both locally and in the cloud across our whole organization. Many of us use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. We use the installed suite on our computers but we are able to access our data when we're on the go. It provides cloud storage so we know our data can travel with us.
  • Cloud Storage makes it easy to save to OneDrive.
  • The traditional familiarity we have come to know with Microsoft Office.
  • As long as you have a web browser, you have the ability to use the Office suite wherever you go.
  • The Office 365 login can be a little clunky at times, where you type in your email address then it has to redirect you to another page. Some domains are more seamless than others.
  • There are many additional features that are available online but not much is said about them. How can you use products you don't know exist or don't know what they do?
  • Needs an internet connection for certain features. Not too much of an issue in this day and age but still can provide the seldom headache.
  • Our executives and sales teams are able to travel much easier with the added convenience of the OneDrive cloud storage.
  • There is almost no learning curve when it comes to implementing the product since most people are familiar with the Office suite and its functionality.
  • It has become a daily part of our business, and since it works flawlessly, we never have to even think about it.
I have used some other mobile platforms like Google Docs and the familiarity as well as formatting wasn't entirely there. My team doesn't need to adapt to use Office 365 since they are already familiar with the products.
It is well suited for an office that has multiple individuals who work on the same project and need shared resources. It's also a great product for those who are on the go a lot and want to access their documents across a wide range of devices. Some features may go unused if you are an individual who wants a single-use product on a single device, but cloud storage can be valuable as a basic backup feature.
