It is an essential element which is part of each area and sector of the organization, given its functions as a text editor to create documents, and as data table management to support accounting.
  • The ability to edit, create or delete a document on-line without relying on computer storage.
  • The different functions it offers to create documents, presentations, accounting tables and graphic material.
  • The few resources that consume making their use can be from any computer.
  • The system crashes and data loss that exists due to connection failures.
  • Existing limitations which do not allow to extract all the potential and functions of the office suite.
  • It maintains some problems of its native version when not having updates and maintaining an aspect equal or even worse.
  • Absolute dependence at the time of making any document, table or presentation due to the format.
  • It lightens the weight of work and improves the experience by being a very simple tool.
  • Absolute dependence on the internet that in unstable connections can be fatal.
  • Training of people to learn and expand their knowledge in the use of this tool.
Being one of the first has always had the ability to offer a universal format in addition to being the most demanded office package and the best paid, which together with its options make it indispensable.
For the creation of memos, documents, letters, calendars, planning tables and presentations and is not so useful for advanced options.

Using Microsoft Office 365

Because in spite of allowing so many opportunities and possibilities, this same cause that there is a conflict at the time of manipulating more advanced or specialized options.
