Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI

Specifically, for my organizational needs - we leverage Microsoft Power BI as a tool to create interactive dashboards and conduct efficient meetings with our clients. Sometimes, they ask us to tweak some inputs within the scope of consultation / modelling and Microsoft Power BI comes in very handy while creating those what-if analyses while providing the actionable insights in real-time. This helps the clients to get an idea of how their forecast is going to change basis those changes in assumptions/inputs and hence this is really a powerful tool to have.

Microsoft Power BI has a good UI / UX which ultimately makes it easy to use. The software compatibility is also great, and one does not have to rely on a high-performance system. There is a mobile app available too which makes it easy to view reports / dashboards on-the-go. Ideally, the value addition that Microsoft Power BI provides is highly valuable for the holistic development of myself as a working professional and my organization in setting up a few quality standards.
NA - did not use any other software, yet. Happy with the services and features provided by Microsoft Power BI which helps us navigate through the client requests on a daily basis while also providing actionable insights / solutions with maximum efficiency and that too in a visually appealing format.

In my opinion, Microsoft Power BI is strongly suited for cases where meetings need to be held with the senior leadership / management. As sometimes, we feel the need of having the Excel based ability but the prresentation levels to be high as in the case of PowerPoint. Hence, Microsoft Power BI solves this problem seamlessly by being a software that allows data editing with automatic visual representations of the outputs.
