Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is currently being trialed by the Alpha and Beta testing groups at the company. They started rolling the system out to more divisions this past Q1 and all employees will have access by Q4 of this year. Teams is being used across all our divisions by our employees to communicate (chat, calls, etc.) and meet (2+ people) virtually on a daily basis.

I have found that Microsoft Teams syncs better with Outlook - especially in the app - and has had fewer issues (sound/video/connecting) than Skype. Still not full proof, but much better. I also love that you can make groups in Teams so that they can chat in one setting vs entirely 1 on 1. I also appreciate that your chat with a person or group doesn't clear when you leave/close the application so you can easily go back and view the conversation from when you last talked.
Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Microsoft Teams is great to use when you have employees all over the world. All contact information is stored in the system so you don't have to worry about if you don't have a phone number or email in emergencies.

The only downside I have encountered is the attendee meeting limit. With such a large company I would love to see this product have a higher meeting limit.
