Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Teams is used globally across the business as a communication, planning and information sharing platform. It is used by all team members and has replaced Skype.
  • Video and voice calls
  • Conference calls
  • The ability to share a workspace during a conference call
  • Not as intuitive as Skype.
  • A dashboard approach would be a good feature as it looks clumsy when first opened.
  • Reduced travel costs as meetings are conducted on Teams
Teams is much better. It has much more functionality.
If you are familiar with MS programs then you will need very little support with Teams. The transition from Skype to this system was easy and I have not had to seek support from MS Teams.

Conference calls and video calls. Both within and outside the organization. Shared workspace for particular topics.
