Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Teams has been a better part of our MSP team for over a year. We used Teams to discuss IT related issues with one another. It solves the issue of having a secluded place for our MSP team to discuss issues. We can easily create multiple chats and improve workflow.
  • Easy to use.
  • It utilizes Microsoft Office.
  • It's very reliable.
  • The overall user interface could use some work. It's kinda confusing at first (at first!)
  • It needs to be a bit more intuitive.
  • FAQ could use some work.
  • It takes time for existing Skype users to learn how to use the new technology.
  • It's faster than having multiple programs.
  • It added to our Office licenses, just like Skype for Business.
Teams is easy to use and allows us the features that Skype and Skype for Business offered. Keeping chat logs and recorded video recordings was difficult with Skype. It felt like Skype failed on one more than one occasion. Teams is cloud-based just like Skype is. There is more room to allow users to interact with the person on the opposite end. You can do more with Teams.
Teams is a great program. It teaches us a different style of workflow. You can break down each department. You can have multiple discussions, live events, or just discuss a project with one another. There are multiple tabs so that you can keep track of your attachments. Teams is also replacing Skype for Business, so it's best to learn this software now.

Do you think Microsoft Teams delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft Teams's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft Teams live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Microsoft Teams go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft Teams again?

Yes

It is very reliable. Skype can be unreliable with its saved message history. Teams has all the features you need for your business. You can chat with other users one on one, or invite them to join a group. Teams has all the capabilities of Skype, but it's compacted into one program.
