Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Team is being used across our entire organization. We use it to communicate between different departments and within our own departments. We did not receive any formal training, so we are just now starting to use it for our conference calls and meetings. We use it to share files and calendar integration is very useful for our company.

- It isn't as intuitive as I would like, I find myself clicking around a lot when I am looking for a certain task
- Notifications are limited and don't always work
- Settings are limited
- We switched from Slack which was a learning curve, but overall it has been a great experience
- The meetings option is the best part
- Calls within the tech have been very helpful as well
We moved most of our tech to Microsoft, which is why we made the switch from Slack to Microsoft Teams. The interface is pretty similar and we are able to complete all our tasks within this program. No downfalls - I would like to see a basic user video or demo of some sort to get to know the program a little better and to see its full functionality.
