Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams has become our organization's global collaboration platform. It addresses the need to work together - esp now that everyone is socially distant. We use it for text, meeting management, and video calls on a daily basis. File sharing has some use as does the Planner function, but these are still shared with other applications as well.
- Collaboration.
- Video calls.
- Chat.
- Integration with SharePoint.
- Integration with Calendar.
- Screen sharing isn't as good as Webex.
- Resource pig - kills your battery fast!
- Not as fluid an interface as other solutions.
- Connect remote workers.
- Video keeps us in touch F2F.
- Ability to share files.
Better Microsoft integration, same quality of video, better chat, better sharepoint, worse screen sharing, worse resource management (battery).
