Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Since our setup is work from home, Microsoft Teams has been our way of communicating with each other. From coaching to meetings, to huddles, and even with interviews. It's our company's trusted partner to convey our messages and important info within our organization. So far, we've been very optimistic in using Microsoft teams and not planning to switch to any other tools.
Pros
- recording and saving important meetings
- help me organize my schedule with calendar
- conveying messages to each other
Cons
- maybe an added alert if a meeting is scheduled
- additional react emoticons will be great
- real time update of the tool
- calendar being sync to our Outlook
- recording of meetings
- react emoticon buttons, that's for fun to some boring meetings haha
- we can create a Team for a specific people according to our needs
- sharing of documents has been very easy though Microsoft Teams
- easy way of communicating with each other
- search feature can be more specific so we can easily find old info
Microsoft Teams are very straightforward, user-friendly and so easy to use. What's good about using this is that we don't need to have any training, just have an account and everyone can easily navigate and explore the features. It's very secure which helps us to share important files with each other. Calling and chatting have never been easy.
