Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft Teams for virtual discussions while working remotely as well organising online training session for large number of participants and sometimes even for model reviews internally as well as externally. It's scope is increasing day by day especially during the pandemic years, MS teams took a major role in our daily professional life and as well as personal one. It's an easy to to communicate and share files among peers.

Microsoft Teams over powered the Skype for business due to few major reasons, like Ms teams is windows authentic application, Ms teams is best linked with other window's applications and as well as outlook and one drive.
Ms teams allows much larger no. of people to join in a meetings and its easily accessible via phone.

As mentioned earlier, there is little scope for improvement so I kept it 9/10.
Else everything is fine, time to time updates would keep the ms teams workable. On the head of that, Ms teams is smooth to use, easy to understand and manageable.
