Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams has been one among all the collaborative tools that had a huge impact after Covid. Business needs have changed drastically with the proximity of this tool and this had helped to organise more and more remote collaborative meetings.

With screen sharing and easy scheduling, meeting peers or customers has been made easy within a few clicks. Especially with the help of the Outlook plugin which helped a lot.

  • Collaborative tool to create Kanban and helps to create Microsoft Teams group and invite all the people that you require and share content throughout same channel
Microsoft Teams is very easy and straightforward to use. You can capitalize on many free resources like Poll, Kanban, workflow, Power BI to build a dashboard from your meeting channel.

The channel can be collaborative whereby you can assign an administrators role to monitor the whole channel and also invite members to contribute to it.
I had the priviledge to work with Microsoft Teams Rooms both in bring your own device mode and also connecting a device via Azure monitor. This helped a lot when we needed to do local meetings with a lot of people with external partners. This helped a lot since we were able to schedule the meeting quickly and capitalize on 1 single room for our meetings.

The Azure monitor dashboard gave a great insight for proactive monitoring also. We were able to detect any meeting room being offline and be able to troubleshoot it before the meeting started.

Microsoft tool for corporate is a proximity tool. Within a few clicks, you can organise a meeting and invite participants, either it is organisational or external.

Hybrid meetings can also be integrated in part of the Microsoft collaboration, especially with Microsoft Teams Room either in BYOD mode or having a Microsoft account. This helps meetings to be running through PCs, mobile phones, Microsoft Teams Room and especially if ever you have any firewall restrictions you can join into meeting via IVR (audio bridge) in listening mode.
