Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Teams allows our expansive team to coordinate through chats and calls, in various chat groups and channels, meaning we have a lot more time for our projects as we aren't gathering for meetings all the time now. We can easily organise ourselves for meetings as and when it suits everybody and can clearly see when people aren't available etc.

While we mostly use monday.com for our CRM needs, we still use Teams for our communication needs all day every day. We couldn't function as a team without Teams! The chat and meeting setup/scheduling function is so useful and easy to use. We have found that having meetings is much easier than Zoom too.
