Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

It is our way of communicating remotely or with colleagues in different locations globally. We can chat, call, video call, group meetings, etc.

Pros

  • Quickley communicates with colleagues
  • video/audio calls
  • Meetings

Cons

  • Recording meetings
  • The placement of buttons/icons at the top so you don't select the wrong option when in a meeting.
  • Helps communicate quickly with colleagues for decision making.
Overall MS Teams well works with, but from time to time there are sharing or connection issues.

It is suited well for colleagues that work in different locations. Meetings with Colleagues and Customers at the same time.
