Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Virtually all communication in my organization is handled via Microsoft Teams & Outlook. It allows us to quickly reach one another to get the answers we need without waiting hours or days for an email response. Recently, my company built a new CRM and we have integrated Microsoft Teams with it so that communications relevant to an account can be tracked to Microsoft Dynamics with a couple taps or clicks. My company is rather large with over 5000 employees and it is only growing, and our vast network of teams around the US, Canada, and Europe need to be able to easily connect which is where Microsoft Teams comes in. It's as close to texting as it can be minus having your personal cell bombarded with work texts. Also, all of our calls occur over Microsoft Teams.
Pros
- Tracking with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Integration with Copilot for meetings and communications
- Connecting easily with the field (our general managers, assistant GMs, etc...)
- File sharing & Outlook integration
Cons
- Settings could be more user-friendly
- The ability to manually sort chats
- Automatic prep notes ahead of a call utilizing info from the Calendar event
- We have been able to build an AI bot to handle insurance related tasks and increase compliance (estimated $1.7m in insurance payout savings annually)
- Quicker answers = smoother operations for our customers
- Processing OneDrive files & sharing efficiently and securely
