I use it for internal communication. Think quick messages that don't require email. I also use it for virtual client meetings.

I like the team aspects for the firm

Cons

I wish it was easier for clients to who are not familiar with Microsoft Teams to use it. That's my biggest concern. I'd like it to be as intuitive as Zoom.

Return on Investment

It probably saves me 2 hours a day if I had to send every team's message as an email. I like how quick it is for internal matters.

The usability is wonderful for internal users. I have no issues with it. I am sure I don't use all the bells and whistles but for the work I need it for it's wonderful.

The reason it's not a 10 is because it can be sometimes difficult for external users to use it.

It's wonderful for internal communications. Internally, everyone is familiar and able to navigate it.

It becomes difficult when working with external clients. Sometimes Microsoft Teams is so new to them that they're not able to navigate to the meeting and often pivot to a call.
